Practical tools and techniques are provided to help participants plan, execute, and close projects effectively, even without a formal PM title.

Preparation Steps
- Identify a current or upcoming project to work on during the session
- Gather basic project context (goal, stakeholders, timeline)
- Reflect on past project challenges
Sustainment & Post-Work
- Apply the planning tools to your live project within 30 days
- Establish a simple project tracking rhythm
- Conduct a lessons learned review at project close
- Complete a peer or manager check-in
- Review your project management habits at 30 and 60 days
- Continue using the provided project management templates
Assessment Method
The assessment of a participant’s progress will be a combination of classroom participation, review of concepts during in-class activities and peer-feedback following real-time practice sessions.
