Course Description
This immersive team development experience helps intact teams build the trust and alignment required for exceptional performance. Participants learn how to engage in productive conflict, commit to shared goals, hold each other accountable, and achieve results – together. Through interactive exercises and guided reflection, team members gain practical strategies to improve collaboration and strengthen team culture.

Preparation Steps
- Team members complete a team-health / trust assessment
- Each person reflects on what the team does well and where it gets stuck
- The leader aligns objectives with the facilitator
Sustainment & Post-Work
- Team charter with 3–5 shared commitments
- Named owners and a review cadence;
- Leader-led follow-up sessions at 30/60/90 days
- Re-run the team assessment at ~3–6 months
- Individual accountability partners
- Optional facilitated booster.

Assessment Method
The assessment of a participant’s progress will be a combination of preparation assignments, classroom participation, and review of concepts during in-class activities as well as follow-up meetings with managers and peers to discuss examples of successful use of the tools provided in this course.
Course Customization Options
Cinga Leadership Essentials can be customized for the specific needs of clients through offering only some vs. all of the course modules, incorporation or alignment to client specific organizational messages (values, business processes etc), modifying the workshop delivery schedule (3 days consecutive or 3 days over a period of 4-6 months) and the addition of business relevant action learning projects.
