Engagement survey results indicated employee dissatisfaction surrounding career development opportunities provided by the organization.

A variety of leadership development programs were being implemented, though they lacked consistency, replicability, and ownership.

It was apparent that an integrated program was needed to align with other business initiatives and create long-term sustainable change.

Solutions Implemented

We designed and developed a multi-level leadership development curriculum offered over 5+ years, spanning all levels of leadership.
• Started with a full diagnostic and needs assessment with all key stakeholders involved
• Developed a fully integrated and customized leader curriculum providing consistent language, frameworks, and concepts across the business
• Levels successfully trained included VPs and Executives, General Managers, Hi-Potential and Emerging Leaders, and Superintendents and Supervisors

Results Achieved

  • The organization achieved record high engagement following program implementation up 15 points from the previous survey.
  • The program has become synonymous with an enhanced workplace culture.
  • Micro-cultures within the operation report positive feedback about the improved work environment.
  • Internal promotion rate has increased significantly.
