This practical, one-day workshop is designed to support individuals transitioning from peer to supervisor. Participants explore common challenges new leaders face, including shifting team dynamics, establishing credibility, and navigating changing relationships. Preparation Steps

- Have a brief conversation with your manager about the expectations of the role
Assessment Method
The assessment of a participant’s progress will be a combination of preparation assignments, classroom participation, and review of concepts during in-class activities as well as follow-up meetings with managers and peers to discuss examples of successful use of the tools provided in this course.

This program can be customized for the specific needs of clients through, incorporation or alignment to client-specific organizational messages (values, business processes etc), modifying the workshop delivery schedule.
