Course Description
This course helps participants understand the foundational role of trust in effective teamwork. Through exploration of communication strategies, collaboration barriers, and the neuroscience of personal triggers, participants learn how to build a culture of trust, support continuous learning, and foster high-functioning teams.

Assessment Method
The assessment of a participant’s progress will be a combination of preparation assignments, classroom participation, and review of concepts during in-class activities as well as follow-up meetings with managers and peers to discuss examples of successful use of the tools provided in this course.
