I participated in the Supervisors Essential program through LGMA in 2022. It was by far the most engaging supervisory program I’ve been involved in. I typically have a hard time with virtual programs, but the facilitators kept the program dynamic and interesting throughout. I highly recommend this course, and working with Cinga Leadership.

We brought Kathy onboard to support us as we built out some new leadership development programming and laid the groundwork for an initial employee engagement survey.
