  • Blended learning approach, featuring virtual and in-person events,
  • Key topics included strategic thinking, leading diversity, client orientation, authentic leadership, high-performing teams, finance essentials, and influence and impact.

Results Achieved

The leadership program greatly impacted participants, with all feeling more engaged, motivated, and better equipped to support their teams. Leaders noticed increased employee engagement, 83% of participants improved performance, and there were significant gains in financial acumen. The program also fostered valuable connections and meaningful interactions with executive leadership.
