Course Series Description
During this highly interactive course, participants master the skills needed to assess, scope, and diagnose issues from all sides, understand different personal styles, and implement a proven positive conflict resolution approach to find workable resolutions that strengthen relationships and results.

Course Outline
Module 1: Building Awareness (4 hours)
In this module, participants are introduced to the power of positive conflict. They explore sources and types of conflict, identify factors – personal, cultural, societal – that shape beliefs and behaviours in conflict. Participants explore alternative ways of responding to conflict, learn how to make conflict OK:, reducing the corrosive impact of conflict while fostering its creative potential.
Module 2: Taking Action (4 hours)
In this module, participants are learning the foundational skills for effective conflict resolution, including demonstrate a balance of listening and conflict resolution dialogue. Participants coach one another and receive real-time feedback to assess personal effectiveness in conflict resolution and impact on others.
